7-day refund

If a Violation Watch list or a Compliance Report isn't useful to you, reply to the delivery email or contact us through the contact form within 7 days of the charge. We refund the full amount. You don't have to give a reason.

First list before you pay

Our first 10 Violation Watch customers are charged only after their first Monday list arrives.

How refunds are paid

Dodo Payments returns the money to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear.
