Who we are

Inspection Lookup is operated by ShowerPower Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, at Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, India. You can contact us through the contact form.

What we provide

Building pages, a weekly violation list (Violation Watch) and one-time reports (Compliance Report), built from NYC Open Data about elevators, boilers and DOB violations. We are not affiliated with the NYC Department of Buildings or any city agency.

Accuracy

We report what the public datasets say on the date shown. City data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we can make mistakes. Nothing here is an inspection, a certificate of compliance or legal advice. Check with DOB before you act.

Plans

• Violation Watch is billed monthly through Dodo Payments until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge.
• Compliance Reports are one-time orders, delivered by email within 24 hours.
• We limit the number of Violation Watch subscribers in each borough.

Use of the site

Lists and reports are for your own business use. Don't resell them, and don't scrape or bulk-copy the site.
